Processing and shipping times

Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Once shipped, delivery generally takes place within 3 to 10 working days, depending on the destination and the delivery method chosen.

Delivery costs

Shipping costs are indicated at the time of ordering, before validation and payment. They vary depending on the weight, size of the package, and the destination.

Delivery area

L'Univers de la Casquette delivers to mainland France, Europe, and internationally. For destinations outside the EU, customs fees or local taxes may apply and are the customer's responsibility.

Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, an email containing the tracking number will be sent to you so you can follow the progress of your package in real time.

Delay in delivery

In the event of a delay exceeding 30 days after the indicative delivery date, the customer may request cancellation of the order and obtain a full refund.

Return and Refund Policy

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify their decision or incur penalties.

Return Policy

Products must be returned in their original condition and complete (packaging, labels, accessories, etc.) allowing them to be resold as new. Incomplete, damaged, or soiled returns will not be accepted or refunded.

Return procedure

To exercise your right of withdrawal and arrange a return, contact our customer service by email at contact@luniversdelacasquette.com, specifying your order number. We will provide you with the return address and the procedure to follow.

Return costs

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error attributable to L'Univers de la Casquette.

Refund

The refund will be made via the same payment method as that used when ordering, within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the returned products or proof of their shipment.

Products excluded from the right of withdrawal

In accordance with regulations, certain products cannot be subject to a right of withdrawal, in particular items made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized.
