Article 2: Scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions govern the sales of products concluded on the site https://luniversdelacasquette.com/ between L'Univers de la Casquette and any private or professional buyer, in France or internationally.

Any order placed on the site implies full and complete acceptance of these T&Cs.

Article 3: Products

The products offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. Photographs, illustrations, and descriptions are non-contractual and do not bind L'Univers de la Casquette.

Product and price offers are valid as long as they are visible on the site and while stocks last.

Article 4: Orders

The order is validated after payment confirmation. L'Univers de la Casquette reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of a dispute with the customer or total or partial non-payment of a previous order.

Article 5: Price and payment

Prices are listed in euros (€) and include all taxes (TTC). Delivery charges are specified at the time of ordering and are added to the product price.

Payment is made using the methods offered on the website. The order will be processed after payment validation.

Article 6: Delivery

Products are delivered to the delivery address indicated when ordering. Delivery times vary depending on the destination.

In the event of late delivery, no compensation may be claimed. If the product is not received after 30 days, the customer may request cancellation and a refund of the order.

Article 7: Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay penalties.

Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, etc.). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Article 8: Reimbursement

In the event of withdrawal, the refund will be made via the same payment method as that used when ordering, within 14 days of receipt of the returned products.

Article 9: Guarantees

The products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).

L'Univers de la Casquette cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage that may occur when using the site or purchasing products, particularly in the event of loss of data, intrusion, viruses, service interruption or other unintentional problems.
