How to place an order?

Choose your cap model, select the size or color if available, add to cart, then follow the payment steps.


Can I modify my order after confirming it?

Yes, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@luniversdelacasquette.com or by phone for any changes. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request.


How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track the delivery of your package in real time.

What are the delivery times?

Delivery times are generally 3 to 10 business days depending on your delivery location. A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to you upon shipment.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to many countries. Delivery costs and times vary depending on the destination.


What should I do if my package is lost or damaged?

Contact us immediately at contact@luniversdelacasquette.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier and find a quick solution (replacement or refund).

Returns and exchanges


Can I return an item?

Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal and return the product to us in its original condition.


Are returns free?

Return costs are your responsibility, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.


When will I be refunded after a return?

Once the product has been received and checked, the refund will be made within 14 days via the same payment method used when ordering.

Yes, most of our caps have an adjustable closure to fit all sizes.


How do I care for my cap?

We recommend hand washing the cap in cold water with mild soap and letting it air dry to maintain its shape.
